The prices displayed do not include taxes, import duty, vat etc.; unless expressly stated otherwise. These taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Mattresses are strictly limited to sale within Malaysia only. Delivery charges shall be as stipulated at the checkout. For this offer, mattress prices are inclusive of delivery to within Klang Valley only. For delivery arrangement outside these regions, please email to general@compass-ion.asia.

Mattress delivery shall be a minimum of 7-day to a maximum of 60-day subject to ex-stock availability and all deliveries shall be subjected to consolidated basis of a minimum of 2trips per day. Delivery lead-time shall be extended until consolidation occurs and Compass Ion shall not be liable for any delay or any costs arising from this. The buyer may opt to accelerate the delivery by paying additional amount RM650 for an exclusive or non-consolidated delivery basis. Bedding / Accessories items shall bed fulfilled by 3rd party transporter, with delivery leadtime ranging between 7-60day from confirmation.

Cancellation of order is strictly not allowed as this is privileged purchase deal. If deliveries cannot be executed after pre-agreed schedule & arrangements with the buyer; delivery charges will be applied to complete the next re-scheduled delivery.

As beds, beddings and sleep related products are hygiene sensitive, there will be no returns acceptable.
